The C-Tec EFP 4.0 is an electronic fine polishing unit designed for finishing large crimping surfaces, particularly for cable cross-sections from 10 mm².
After cutting the crimp, the EFP 4.0 allows the metallographic cross-section surface to be polished and prepared, creating the conditions required for detailed crimp quality analysis. The polishing process is completely free from hazardous substances.
After polishing, the metallographic cross-section can be analysed, measured and documented using the powerful X-Scan measurement software, enabling precise evaluation of crimp quality.
The EFP 4.0 features a modern touchscreen interface for simple and convenient operation, together with a practical polishing tool and easily replaceable polishing pads.
The C-Tec EFP 4.0 is the perfect complement to the FC 4001 cutting machine and the OP 4001 or ML 3212 optical systems with a 0.25x mounting lens.
