The C-Tec Microlab ML3003 is a portable micrography laboratory designed for fast, safe and efficient metallographic crimp cross-section preparation.
Integrated into a practical laboratory case with a direct 230 V power connection, the Microlab ML3003 is fully equipped and ready for operation in just 90 seconds. The direct power supply provides high performance during the sample preparation process.
The equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized contacts with cross-sections from 0.1 to 6 mm² and provides short processing times of approximately 3 to 5 minutes per micrograph.
The optical unit with 4x zoom and USB 3.0 digital colour camera with CMOS sensor and a resolution of 2592 × 1944 pixels provide high-quality micrographs that can be conveniently evaluated using the X-Scan analysis software.
The C-Tec Microlab ML3003 includes all the accessories required for metallographic cross-section preparation and analysis, including terminal holders, calibration pins and a calibration base with measuring scale and calibration certificate.
