The PRO MOUNT guarantees the correct position of the individual parts to each other thanks to the fully automatic position control and alignment.
The clips are separated by a spiral conveyor, then automatically guided to the gripper and inserted into the grommet, which is expanded by an EXTENDOR.
The grommet is inserted manually into a clamping chuck by an operator. Then the grommet is fixed automatically and is guided to the clip mounting.
A typical machine cycle time of only 7 seconds can be achieved depending on the materials used.
Before the device is manufactured, extensive testing are performed in order to adapt each equipment to the individual product.
