The ML 3300 is a single module for the cutting and grinding of the speciment in the process of the cross section analysis. The crimp can easily be mounted on a holder (specimen holder). After placing the holder on the slide and switching on the motor it can be exactly moved to the cutting wheel and afterwards moved to the grinding disc. The cutting and grinding speed can be varied via a potentiometer. The position between crimp and grinding surface can be changed by a knob on the slide.
