The TD210-NP is a semi-automatic blind seal insertion machine designed for the insertion of blind seals and sticks into automotive connectors.
The machine can be configured with up to 3 sets of insertion nozzles, supporting the production of 3 different seals or round pins in the same connector. This configuration provides greater flexibility during production changeovers and allows the machine to adapt to different connector requirements.
With the double insertion model, the TD210-NP can achieve an insertion efficiency of up to 0.5 seconds per seal, providing high productivity for demanding connector assembly processes.
To support new production processes, the TD210-NP also features a reverse function with punching capability, expanding the machine's range of applications.
