The C-Tec Microlab ML3003 is a portable micrography laboratory designed for the preparation and analysis of metallographic crimp cross-sections in the wire harness industry.
Integrated into a practical laboratory case and featuring a direct 230 V power supply, the Microlab ML3003 enables fast and efficient crimp quality analysis. The system is fully assembled and ready for operation in approximately 90 seconds.
The equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized contacts from 0.1 to 6 mm², allowing metallographic cross-sections to be prepared with a short processing time of approximately 3 to 5 minutes per micrograph.
The optical unit with 4x zoom and the USB 3.0 digital colour camera with CMOS sensor and a resolution of 2592 × 1944 pixels provide high-quality micrographs. Images can be conveniently evaluated using the X-Scan analysis software.
The Microlab ML3003 includes all the accessories required for analysis, including terminal holders, calibration pins and a calibration base with measuring scale and calibration certificate.
