The C-Tec ML3204 is a 4x zoom measuring microscope designed for crimp testing and analysis after polishing. Combined with suitable measuring microscope technology and analysis software, metallographic cross-sections can be measured, classified and documented according to relevant standards or specific customer requirements.
The proven Optic Station ML 3204 is equipped with a high-quality VZM 0.75 – 3x zoom optic with four optical zoom levels, enabling precise analysis of metallographic cross-sections. The station also features a USB 3.0 digital colour camera with a resolution of 2592 × 1944 pixels, providing detailed images for crimp evaluation.
For precise and comfortable operation, the C-Tec ML3204 features a mechanical click lock and a microscope holder with two buttons for focus adjustment. The field of view is illuminated by an LED light ring with a 100 mm AA Fresnel lens, providing suitable lighting conditions for sample analysis.
The optical station is mounted on a stainless-steel laminated MDF board and includes the X-Scan analysis software, allowing metallographic cross-sections to be efficiently measured, classified and documented. Its good price-performance ratio also makes the ML3204 an interesting solution for occasional use.
The PC is not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
