The GLW LC100 is an electric cable cutting and measuring machine designed to cut cables, conductors, wires and tubes quickly and precisely, making it suitable for a wide range of cable processing applications.
With a cutting capacity of 0.08 to 10 mm² and a maximum cable outer diameter of 8 mm, the LC100 provides a practical solution for small and medium-sized batches as well as series production.
Easy to use, the GLW LC100 requires no technical knowledge to set up and start operating. After inserting the cable and closing the front cover, the measuring and transport rollers automatically adjust to the material diameter. The required length and quantity can then be entered to start the cutting and measuring process.
The independent measuring system provides high measurement accuracy, while the feed speed of up to 0.5 m/s enables fast processing. The machine can also be connected to a wire marking system, allowing cable cutting and measuring to be combined with wire identification.
For greater flexibility, the GLW LC100 can be equipped with a range of optional features, including urethane-coated feeding rollers for sensitive materials, the DR 30 cable reel for smooth cable feeding, software for repetitive order processing and series production, and a printer for wire marking.
